Tuesday Creatives was founded by three seasoned in-house marketers who teamed up to build something of their own - a creative studio with a unique edge, built on deep trust, shared experience, and a drive to do exceptional work together.
We’ve worked across brand, design, strategy, content, campaigns, and digital - often wearing multiple hats, but always focused on the bigger picture. After years of building brands from the inside out, we know what businesses really need from a creative partner: someone who gets it, slots in easily, and delivers quality work without the fluff.

Melissa hampton
Co-founder | Strategist and Account Manager
Melissa is a strategic marketer who blends smart, results-driven strategy with innovation to align marketing efforts with business objectives. With a strong background in strategy, leadership, and marketing management, she ensures seamless execution while prioritizing the client experience and account management. She also holds a science degree and is an MBA candidate at UNSW. When she’s not crafting strategies or providing strategic direction, Melissa is out exploring—hiking, traveling, or unwinding with her partner and two dogs.
Patrick Gee
Co-founder | Content Manager
Patrick is a multidisciplinary creative with roots in journalism, photography, and content marketing. Holding a Bachelor of Journalism from UTAS, he’s known for crafting sharp, story-driven content that resonates. With a strategic eye and hands-on experience across media, marketing, and production, Patrick brings clarity and creativity to every project - from big-picture brand strategy to polished campaign delivery. When he’s not behind the lens or at the keyboard, you’ll find him road-tripping, kicking a ball, or sharing a Tassie beer with family and mates.
Emily Shin
Co-founder | Art Director and Graphic Designer
Emily is an experienced art director and graphic designer with a passion for transforming ideas into meaningful visual experiences. With a sharp eye for detail and a strategic mindset, she brings clarity and cohesion to every brand she touches. Her work bridges creativity with functionality, ensuring every project not only looks great but serves its purpose. Outside the studio, Emily enjoys exploring viral new food spots, listening to music, and spending quality time with her cat, Taco.
